Service Delivery & Communication
We use the information you submit via our contact form to respond to your project enquiry, prepare proposals, and communicate with you throughout the engagement. Your email is used to reply to your message and, with your explicit consent, to send relevant project updates or newsletters.

Anonymised analytics data collected via Google Analytics is used to monitor website performance, identify popular content, and improve our digital infrastructure. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.

We Do Not Sell Your Data
MindxStudio does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes, ever.
Service Providers
We share your contact form data with EmailJS, our email delivery provider, solely for the purpose of routing your message to our team. EmailJS operates under its own privacy policy and does not retain your data beyond message transmission. We may also use Google Workspace for internal communication. All service providers we engage are contractually bound to protect your data.
Google Analytics
Usage data is shared with Google LLC through the Google Analytics service. Google may transfer this data to servers in the United States or other countries. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MindxStudio, our clients, or the public.

Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months after our last communication, after which they are permanently deleted. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months per our account configuration. If you request deletion of your data at any time, we will action this within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to secure your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and cannot be held liable for breaches that result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Your Rights
Access & Portability
You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you. We will provide this in a commonly used, machine-readable format within 30 days of your request.
Correction & Deletion
You may request that we correct inaccurate data or permanently delete your personal information from our records. Requests for deletion will be honoured within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Withdrawal of Consent
Where processing is based on your consent (e.g. newsletter communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at hello@mindxstudio.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Age Restriction
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately at hello@mindxstudio.com and we will delete such information promptly.
